Frank will lead the charge in driving operational excellence and elevating service standards for our firm. Frank will also focus on expanding our commercial real estate capabilities.

With over 20 years of experience as senior executive in finance and operations, Frank has a track record of formulating and executing strategic growth for public and private companies. His background includes senior roles as Director and Vice President in Investment Banking at TD Securities and BMO Capital Markets, where he successfully executed over $15 billion in mergers, acquisitions, equity, and debt transactions. His expertise spans a range of industries, including real estate development, senior and long-term care, construction, and infrastructure.

Frank holds a Master of Professional Accounting from the Albers School of Business and Economics at Seattle University, an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University, and a Bachelor of Engineering and Applied Sciences from the University of Toronto. Frank also dedicates time to various causes, including serving on the Board of Directors for the Richmond Hill Philharmonic Orchestra.
